Return policy:
Crystal Nails England does not purchase unwanted items back. Before you purchase please make sure that you are buying the right products. Should you need more information about any of our products please contact us before purchasing and will be happy to help.
If the product you received is faulty / damaged / or missing please contact us within 7 working days after receiving them and we will replace it. Proof of purchase, proof of damage (photo) must be available for our request.
Electronics -
You must provide proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) and pay for shipping to our warehouse. Please contact us before sending back any machines.
Product Warranty
Goods are not offered on a ‘sale or return’ basis. Should any items be received in error, these shall be accepted providing that the company is notified within 24 hours and 7days that the goods arrive back to company premises (Crystalnails4u Ltd. 12 Gloucester Crescent Chelmsford/Essex CM1 4NG) in perfect condition and unused. A 20% handling charge will be applied for all such transactions. Before you purchase please make sure that you are buying the right products. The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned.
Seller cannot accept returns of items such as scissors, clippers, razors, manicure or pedicure implements and tweezers which have been used. (This list is not exhaustive). Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle The Buyer to a full credit/refund. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
