Products will be delivered first class recorded by Royal Mail or by DPD.  Delivery times vary, please allow 3 working days. We will not be held accountable for any delays in delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If a parcel is sent by Royal Mail, we will email you with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is shipped.  If the parcel is sent with DPD, you will receive correspondence from them directly once your parcel is in their possession.

If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you by telephone/email to ask if you would like a replacement item sent.  If you would not like a replacement, you may be issued with a refund in the form of a voucher or you may wait for the item to be restocked.  In the event that you decide to wait for the item to be restocked, you will need to pay an additional shipping cost unless you are happy for your whole order to be sent out once the missing item is restocked.  If we cannot contact you, your order may be delayed.

Products will only be delivered once full payment has been received.  When paying with PayPal please ensure that the delivery address is the same as the address you used to register on our website as we will only ship to the address approved by PayPal.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to The Channel Islands or British Forces Post Office addresses. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.


Next day delivery

You need to place your order and your payment must reach us before 2pm Monday - Thursday to receive your order the next working day.

Orders placed and paid for between Thursday 2pm and Friday 2pm will be delivered on Monday.

Any next day delivery orders made after 2pm on Friday will not get to you until the following Tuesday as we do not offer delivery over the weekend.


Special zones

Postage to Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Highlands and Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary.

The Isle of Wight is treated as a special zone by DPD, so the default postage on our website is the special zone postage.  If, however, your order does not exceed the Royal Mail liquid allowance and we can send your order by Royal Mail then we will refund the additional postage cost.


Mistyped postcodes

Should you mistype your postcode and it results in a cheaper shipping price we reserve the right to hold your parcel back and request the outstanding price to be paid - this also applies for next day delivery.

For example if you enter ‘FK1 78AB’ instead of ‘FK17 8AB’. (FK1 is charged standard rate, FK17 is higher rate)

Please note only those orders’ postcodes will be checked for typo errors that are being sent to a special zone. We do not check typo errors for those orders from standard rate zones therefore if you do overpay due to entering your postcode wrong we will not necessarily notice this mistake. If you realise the error you need to notify us of this and we will issue you the refund of the price difference minus 20% handling charge.
